Päivi Kaarina Laajanen started PlanetKaarina webspace in October 2005 together with her fiancé Ajay Garg who had a similar passion for travelling and experiencing new cultures. She had already years of experience in professional travel journalism and had gained a good reputation in the Finnish media as a writer and photogapher. He had extencive international business and marketing background. Together, by combining their passion and experiences, they have added another dimension to travel journalism and hope to provide interesting information on travel and cultures for people all over the world.
